Take a sip whenever...- any character's costume changes between panels (if you take full
drinks for this when reading Avengers #1, you'd obliterate your liver by
page 30 or so. Just sip.)
Take a drink whenever...
- Captain America spouts propaganda- no, it doesn't matter if it's to
his wife, his son, his co-workers or the villains
- Cap's shield is easily the best-coloured and illustrated item on the page
- In defiance of human physics, completely unaerodynamic planes are
shown zipping through the air above a battlefield
- Bouncing Boy, of the LSH, makes a guest appearance, masquerading as Duggan
- a villain explains their master plan or philosophy of life for no
apparent reason
- an Asgardian says something laughably lame
- chug if any character seems to notice exactly how stupid a line
it really is
- an Asgardian combines their Middle English speech patterns with 90s
expressions, usually with laughable results
- you find yourself saying "And I thought it couldn't get any worse..."
- a woman is shown that is *not* proportioned like a supermodel
- every time a so-called genius does something pretty stupid
- twice if it's not in Iron Man
- every time an previously obscure character is made prominent in the
plotline (only drink for their first appearance)
- whenever the Hulk's muscles change position and size between panels
- whenever someone thinks about something non-angstful
- when any character appears, due to bad use of perspective, to be
roughly as tall as a building
- an Avenger has their weapon readied in a completely
non-confrontational situation
- common household items are shown to be used without need of cables! Neat!
- a character's neck is portrayed as being wider than their skull
And, in Captain America or the second half of Avengers...
- any character displays a facial expression besides the following:
anger, extreme anger, surprise/shock, or happiness.
Chug the full contents of the nearest beer keg whenever...
- Hellcat has significant character development
- Captain America is portrayed as a real human being, with faults,
fears, and weaknesses
