That event took place in the current timeline. Classic Darksied is so much different from the current one.
Oh and superman was taken down by Fernus via mind rape. Weather it was PIS/CIS is beside the point as well. 😮‍💨

When unspecified, we use the most current versions of each character. Meaning depowered Tyrant and current Darkseid.
