Where does it actually show Avalon saying Superman would beat Galactus by himself?

Avy acknowledges that it's not a good tactic to use on people skyfather and above. All he's EVER said is that it's a viable tactic to use on herald levellers.

Jesse7 is just taking that to the extreme, because he wants to believe Superman is the most powerfullest.
