Archenemy vs. the Lord of Chaos and Order

Archenemy starts off after freshly eating the Dark Dimension of Dormammu and Nightmare's realm from Marvel.

Assuming he can't be beaten just by destroying his source of power like in the comic, then he would win. The guy defeated Mephisto, Surtur, and Dormammu like nothing. I would loved to have seen a battle between him and Atum.
