The White Room

Most people on here seem to have issues defining the White Room.

In issue #62 of the Guardians of the Galaxy it is explained.

In order to enter the White Room you must be of a certian powerlevel.

Those known to have entered the White Room:
Phoenix (Force and Jean)
Quasar
Starhawk

Read issues 61-62 of this comic and it answers all.

Theres been allot of questions as to the nature of the White Room, and I wanted to put this in the most visable place I could. I'm going to try and scan the issue and put it up so people can read it.
