I did not get that out of your post, I am not suggesting that is at all what you meant. I extended your analogy to better fit the situation. I don't think that the scenario you gave is relevant to this conversation, as it doesn't fit the circumstances.

Perhaps, I might not feel like it matters enough to call someone sharing something solely personal a liar, if it wasn't particularly outrageous and obviously designed for attention, or by precedent made unlikely.
