my top five?
1.Jack and liz (because lets fce it, when your DAD watches the film and says they belong togther, then you know your on the right lines!!!)
2. Spike and Buffy (hott hott hott...reflected jack/liz for me and will was angel...the one that got in thw way!)
3. Hermione and Malfoy (i think im the only one in the world who would find this hott...because hes such a bad boy!!! 😄)
4. Pacey and Joey (yup very old news but i LOVED their relationship)
5. SailorLeo and Norrie (the ship that will never sink!!!! 😄 hehe)
yeah my mom and dad do that alot as well most annoying ones:
"WHY did Norrington order them to keep their guns on Jack? He only helped the girl." Mom
"Come on! Jack Sparrow is totally gay...go on admit it.LOOK at the way he walks" Dad
"CAPTAIN...CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow" I mutter under my breath.
my dad's only seen COTBP once COMPLETELY and that was in the theatres...now he sometimes comes and watches some parts of it with me:
(while Jack is eating the apple in Barbossa's cabin)
"OOOOOOOH so that was how Jack got cursed?!!! he ate one of Barbossa's apples....and THAT'S why Barbossa offered an apple to that girl..he wanted her CURSED!." Dad " idon't get it though..what good is that medallion?"
"why isn't the girl wearing a WHITE wedding dress?" Mom
"Why isn't Will there BEFORE Elizabeth..I thought the GROOM stands at the alter." Dad
(during the first part on the flying Dutchman)
"oooooooooh aren't these the cursed pirates from the first fim?" Dad
and the on I AGREE WITH THE MOST:
"why didn't Elizabeth just jump off the fort with jack in the first film and save us all the trouble? she OBVIOUSELY wanted to!" Mom
"I don't know mom..I REALLY don't know." Me
"I'll bet ALL my money that Johnny Depp will win an oscar for best actor this year." Dad
"I agree." Me
"and that DMC will win best picture."Dad
"I agree." Me
"and that THE LEADING MAN will end up with THE LEADING WOMAN. It's always like that in movies." Dad
"I wish I could agree...that was your time Dadyooo..our time it's a different story."
OH WILLO I'M LMAO at the whole LOTR comment your mom made LOOOOL
"Why isn't Will there BEFORE Elizabeth..I thought the GROOM stands at the alter." Dad
----
thats a good spot there...because that scene doesnt feel like a wedding at all does it? Its like a funeral..and Jack is introduced in a coffin...originally the coffin scene came before that scene but they switched it around for pacing..but how obvious would that have been had they left it the other way?
that whole scene is like a dream sequence..Will's not standing at the alter and the people haven't crashed the wedding yet so why is he not standing there before her?? Not her "TRUE" husband?
EXACTLY..SHOULDN'T the GUESTS be seated? SHOULDN'T will already be there?the priest? if it's raining..shouldn't the wedding be INSIDE?
What's the deal with that "MAN" we see stand behind Lizzie...with the brown heavy boots..and then when she turns around no one is EXACTLY behind her or within short distance of her (where we see the man step) instead people are standing all the way at the end..where there's a roof.
who was the man...maybe in Lizzie was daydreaming..maybe she was imagining JACK soming to her..
ok a girl can dream

This is a good observation by your dad, lovelyone. I'm no expert on late 17th century weddings. All I know is there was no real custom of wearing white. A bride bought a special, expensive dress for the ceremony and would usually later use it for her church dress/special occasion dress/burial dress. I don't think the white became popular until the 1800s.
But I'm pretty sure the groom should be there first. The whole wedding thing is really messed up. Here's how I've pieced it together.
Will is getting ready, gets caught, tries to make a run for it.
Guests are waiting, it looks like rain, Liz is getting antsy
Will is caught
Guests start to leave, rain drops pour
Guards are leading Will to the ceremony location, wherever that may be
Liz is getting pretty pissed.
Beckett is on his way
Liz decides her whole day is ruined and sits in the mud like a girl who feels she'll never get to have sex
Someone comes up behind her (I always thought it was a guard)
Rain continues to pour
SOMEWHERE....
Jack's having a far more interesting time doing something else.
Other strange LOTR quote by Mom:
"Frodo is such a wimp...and a bad friend."
Watching Phantom of the Opera
"So...let me get this straight....he's a STALKER?"
Watching POTC
"He's not dead."
me: I know
"They just wouldn't do that."
me: Who are you trying to convince?
"I just want another movie where everyone cheers when he makes his entrance."
