we went with a truck as transportation and used iglo tents (except in mombasa and nairobi) think the tents make it a bit more down to earth, in ambosely we had an elephant who ate all our banana's was funny tho
but losing ur sandwich to a monkey ain't funny

I cheated, we staying o log cabins and lodges rather than tents and travelled around in a Landrover - one of the bigger ones.

aaah tents are cooler, more down to earth 😛
lodges are expensif (atleast if u have to pay it urself)

yes it wasn't cheap, but it was definately worth it.

bwa, I love camping and hiking, so I guess it was the logical choice, tho wakin' up and noticing ur camp is surrounded by a couple 100 baboons ain't that funny, they are scary monkey's

camping sucks all the bloody mosquitos

When we go camping over here, we only go in the spring and fall. No bugs then. Nice and chilly at night so you can snuggle down in the sleeping bags and the labs.

lol, yea but I wanna be able to swim when I go camping doesn't work well in the fall here

mosquitos carry deseases ya know

yea some, like malaria, but I never heard anyone who got sick from mosquitos in france or spain
