no offense to the ancient one but against shazam he is out of his league. Shazam was a lord of order who had all CM powers plus he has nigh omnipotent magical powers, omniscience, and a telepath and he actual taaught he could beat the spectre in his realm. Oh and don't forget the magial toys.
