No, if it wasn't for nine tails he wouldn't win. And most of his attacks have slow execution and are close range.

And if it wasnt for Angs Avatar State he wouldnt win eaither
But if Naruto can block sasuke fireball
i think he could block Angs wind blasts

True, But, his speed isn't high enough to be an issue. Angs air bending is though.

Rasengan-close range and has a huge start up time.
Kage Bunshin?- they'll buy him sometime, But, naruto never uses them for that. Also, lower his chakra, so if ang attacks the right clone he's screwed. And they die from one hit.
