That is BS, by the time the child is fully grown they know what happened to them was wrong and far from normal. They know how it made them feel and they knowingly do it to others. I am so glad the courts don't listen to that kind of nonsense.

We take criminology, that's as far into psychology we go, or wish to go.
They can resist the urges if they wish to. And they can seek help if the wish to, but instead they just give in to their sick dementened urges like the inhuman things they are.
