Best Actor/Actress Ever

Yeah, this has probably been done 1000+ times, but who is/was the best actor/actress ever?

This is in terms of skill, being able to fit the role of their character, being able to mock certain situations as if it was real life...............etc.

Honestly, I have no idea.

I thought the girl who played Annie in 1986 in my hometown's local theatre production of Annie was good. No, seriously, she was that good.

Second to her, I'd have to go with Meryl Streep, Jodie Foster, and Vivien Leigh.

Harrison Ford. Obviously

What about Britney Fed-ex? She was dynamite in Crossroads!
