This is a team I believe would take Justice League and I wrong?

Team Undeniable
8th Day Juggernaut
Hunter/Prey Doomsday
Reverse Flash
Fredd- http://www.marvunapp.com/Appendix2/freddmarvel.htm
Dr Spectrum- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_Spectrum
Amazo

vs

Justice League
Superman
Wonder Woman
Captain Marvel
Flash
Red Tornado
Aquaman
Green Lantern(Hal)
Green Lantern(Alan Scott)
Steel

Edit Gog/Wars for Hunter/Prey Doomsday

I'd say a stalemate, but an edge to the team lead by Doomsday.

the villians have Fredd /DD , 8th day Jugs------- = ownage all team destroyers

Villains win this.
