They probably haven't had a need, though Thanos uses it to hover sometimes.

Well, it's not really his job to do. He's smart enough to know that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

It can be penetrated by a proper force.

I've always thought Wade>Slade because he's a more interesting read, whereas Slade always reverts back to "I only care about money" mode. As for power, Wade would always just regenerate and keep fighting while quibbing lines about beating on kids to Slade.

If essentially making him a tool of destruction, yes. He'd never do that though. He wants his heralds to have a free will.

Beta Ray Bill Silver Surfer and Warlock's race are humanoid where that Giant Fish looking creature from X-Men cartoons with those insects are non humanoid race.
