Your putting 'Classic' Spiderman (which I'm assuming is no upgrades Spidey, Aka a Class 10) against a guy with a sword and 'Excellent Horse skills'

Yeah and Spider-Man has had trouble with Kingpin. I know that's Spider-Man hesitating about using his powers fully. Swordsman is a very good fighter and is Sword shoots energy out of it.
