What is wrong with people and not posting lineups when using groups like xmen, justice league and avengers?!

You've gotta be kidding me. Half the Justice League Big 7 is immune to psychic attack.

It would end up coming down to the Justice League and the Avengers, and that's mostly because both teams have members that could solo SHIELD and the X-Men.

The Phoenix Force was not a member of the X-Men. Jean Grey was.

Also, Thor, Superman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Moondragon, Flash, Plastic Man, and so forth are all immune to psychic attack. Most of them could solo the X-Men in a fraction of a second.

Flash can immunize himself to psychic attacks if he speeds up his thought processes to the point where psychics can't get a grasp on his mind.
