Well I do remember starting a thread some time ago dedicated to my discovery of the ultimate sandwich. This was ham, cheese and tomato.

BUT!!!! you have to put the tomato between the ham and cheese, that way the bread won't go soggy when left for lunch at work/school. 😄

If its left overs though, you can't beat a chicken and mayo sandwich. Plain and simple but scrummy.
