Someone from KMC has met you, testified to meeting you and said you are the same as in pictures. Otherwise, you'd have provided as much evidence of your pics being real.
That said, you look like a more realistic female than LethalFemme, she didn't look like the kind of girl who'd be on KMC. As for mirror pics, it wasn't those specifically, just the fact that she has multiple access to a camera and can't provide a proof pic.

What about it? She had one with half her head not in the pic, it said "LethalKisses.". It was obviously close enough for some, but that could be someone else's name. If you have a camera and can continually upload pics, it's not hard to post a proof pic.
