1° It's UK. They have copyright ? That's change from country to country.

2° Their Silver Surfer is the same thing than the Marvel(s one ?

3° Do they try to benefit from the notoriety (?!) of Silver Surfer of Marvel ?

I'm sure they are aided by the noteriety of SS. Alpha Flight....not so much. There's not much popularity for them to mooch off of.
