I recall someone saying no one under Skyfather could beat Flash.

Without BFR, Genis really...has no chance. Genis may...might be as powerful as Surfer, but his speed is nothing. He's simply a statue to Surfer, who could eat even the Flash alive in the speed depo.

Any Genis gets blitzed. I hate that Surfer is that fast and that damned powerful, but he is. He sucks.
