I'm assuming both, since Onslaught could use both. Also, he's got the whole Unibeam going 10,000 Kelvin going for him.

I don't think so...the Shiar had to use something called Mind Armour to block Jean Grey's telekinesis in New X-Men.(This didn't help them from Nova's telepathy though). So they seem like two different types of blockers which would make sense seeing how they work on two different types of mechanisms.
As for telepathic blockers they can be bypassed by a skilled enough telepath. (i.e. Deadly Genesis #2 and Civil War #3(In Civil War #3 the victim was Tony...remember he has his armour built into him).

It's Hercules, the son of Zeus a demi-god himself that's not a insult to her at all. Wonder Woman is on par with Flash's speed as stated and shown, not as fast but enough to keep up. What are you talking about? no one said Wonder Woman said she had magical powers on par with Circe, I said Cheetah was augmented by Circe. Read what I actually posted.
