In the Underworld movies the Lycans were bad@ss motherf*ckers. In straight h2h with no weapons the Lycans were too much for the Vampires. Weapons makes it more even.
The upper tier Vampires were bad@ss though Like Victor and Marcus. They killed Lycans with their bare hands.
Oh and Blade would anniliate a Lycan.

Some Marvel Vampires can taken on the forms of wolfs and werewolf-esq creatures but the aren't werewolfs.
A low level Vampire would get demolished by a werewolf but an higher level Vampire would win as the ussually have the ability to control animals/humans... but with out that any vampire would be a fool to try over powering a werewolf.

Selene could take Werewovles barehanded, and she wasn't exactly the best of the best.
Michael was tearing Werewolves apart left and right, though we was the Hybrid...
I've read a lot about werewolves and vampires (though not specifically in the Marvel Universe) and by all accounts, vampires are the masters while werewolves are the servants. Werewolves are known for their cunning (instinct combined with experience) while vampires are known for their high intelligence. Both are known for their speed and strength. Werewolves have slightly better developed senses (though vampires also have superhuman senses) but vampires also have mental powers, able to hypnotise their victims with a suggestion and hold them spell-bound while they suck their blood out, unable to resist.
Vampires develop their mental powers as they age, therefore the older vampires will be even more powerful, eventually developing a degree of telepathy, which, combined with their powers of suggestion, makes them even more formidable. Vampires also dabble in dark magic, which give some of them mastery over the beasts of the night, like ravens, wolves and rats. Dracula himself was rumoured to be so powerful, that he could literally turn himself into a form of mist, which suggests that he was an even more capable shapeshifter than any werewolf I have ever heard of.
In summary, then, werewolves are basically big, aggressive predators, with a stupendous healing factor, shapeshifting abilities and some smarts.
Vampires have almost the same strength and speed when they are young, and get stronger as they grow older. In addition they have mental powers and some even have magic powers. They are also more known for their ability to cooperate than werewolves, who, by all accounts, are predominantly loners.
As stated in my opening paragraph, therefore: The majority view is that, should vampires and werewolves co-exist, vampires would be the masters and werewolves the servants.

Yes but thats because of strategy. Initialy werewolves always tend to be stronger than vampyres but vampyres use stratgey to beat them not because werewolves are stupid they just basically prefer to fight than think but can be crafty when they need to be. Or the older they get the stronger vampyes get, and they seem to power up with age better than werewolves...I think.
