I had a discussion on the Marvel boards about Onslaught vs. all the Elders and many seemed to think Onslaught could beat all the Elders in a random encounter.

Onslaught has access to Franklin power and Professor X TP powers, could send Ego into a sun lolz

Ego vaporize (litteraly) Onslaught 10/10

Onslaught is a Galactus lvl being and Onslaught is, at best, Skyfather.

I don't think vaporizing would kill him energy form.

But, since Ego is capable of creating Human vessels, he could just throw enough of them into the energy form and then destory it when it is weakened.

But then the question arises, can he overcome Franklins power and the combined TP of Xavier and Nate Grey?

Without a doubt.

Franklin potential is to be nearly equal to a celestial. But Onslaught caught him while he was a child. So his potential isn't at his peak.

Galactus is at least = a normal celestial. And Ego is just a notch below Galactus.

Is ego immune to reality alteration? Is he immune to extremely powerful Telepathy?

I can't answer for the TP, I don't know.

But for the Reality Alteration, I say yes.
He fought Galactus, and Galactus is probably one of the biggest matter manipulator of all Marvel Universe, by the nature of his power, the Power Cosmic.

Im sorry, I give this to onslaught 10/10. Ego got defeated by thor, also got defeated by beta ray bill but these two dont even have enough power to scratch onslaughts back. Thor couldnt even stand when hulk and onslaught was fighting. The force of the blows was knocking him off his feat.

Onslaught after the absorptions had the power to basically do anything.
