Silver Surfer, Morg, Terrax, Firelord, and Nova

versus

Superman, GL (John Stewart), Captain Marvel, Martian Manhunter, and Wonder Woman

GL John is the weakspot for DC, and Supes & MM have obvious weaknesses that the heralds can exploit. Provided Firelord doesn't go into SMvsFL mode 😆

Heralds should win this one based on the versatility of their powers. They can do a lot more than most of the DC guys listed.

All of them can have the waters of life and they are not beating a mid to top level skyfather, which Billy is now, btw, Billy is now Shazam. CM is now (or at least will be Freddie) with the same power level as before.

So taking the OP at its face, the Herald's win in a curb stomping. Surfer or Morg should be able to solo this.
