We just talked for a while, she did keep touching on my leg and my face which made me kinda uncomfortable. I told her I needed time to think about this and she was OK about it.
When I was about to leave…… she kissed me I told her it doesn't change a thing I still need time to think and get my head around it.

But your situation seems so Soap Operay. I mean that just doesn't happen in real life. I'm not saying your lying. I'm just skeptical.
And you're friends seems to be coming on a little strong to have just come out to you and not knowing if you reciprocate her feelings.
She's being very inconsiderate.
If you don't like it, tell her to back off and to stop it. It's no different than if it was a boy harassing you.
You may say, "But she's my friend". Well the fact that you're her friend doesn't seem to be stopping her groping you without your complete consent.

Well all I can say about that is make sure you know what you want. Because it sounds like she really likes you and it would probably hurt you both if you went ahead and got into an relationship with her then later told her you don't want the relationship anymore. Hope everything works out how you want it. 😊
