Balder the brave vs. street levelers

Here's Balder...
he's minding his business, chillin' in Asgard when

Spider-man
Wolverine
Hawkeye
Luke Cage
Sandman and
Iceman (before the upgrade!)

appear with a strong desire for Asgardian blood and Balder is in no mood to pull punches.
Who wins.

Balders abilities....they fail to mention his great agility and reflexes, so keep that in mind for the fight...also I believe he is a 50 tonner
