Even if BP had a year of prep and Doom only had a month of prep, Doom would still pwn BP.

Depends on who's writing the story.

If Hudlin's at the pen, then Doom spends his year of preparation cackling with his Nazi cohorts, all the while the Black Panther invents a machine to change history, whilst beating the shit out of Karate Kid, and simultaneously out thinking Doom, Reed, Batman, and Thanos.

If it's a writer with a SPECK of common sense, or credibility? Doom 10/10.

...if you think about it, no one should get more than a day or so if we wanted to keep it realistic.

One-sided year long prep is possible.

Two sided, though, is a bit less so.

You're lying. Doom did not own Galactus. He tried but failed miserably. The Surfer he owned was the depowered one that Galactus left imprisoned on earth after his betrayal to the Fantastic Four.

And before you come up with the Beyonder feat. Remember it was the Beyonder who allowed Doom to steal his power.

Black Panther has outright punkd Tony Stark and has depowered and then outmanuevered Mephisto.
