i know what you mean, i´m just guessing it will be more like classic iceman, at top he will be able to regenerate (it will be a pain in the ass to make him go down).

Secondary mutation? ALL that did for him was make him unable to go back to human form. Every power he had that I use in debates have been established before that took place. He has not gained anything from that, and even with it gone now that HoM happened, he still is at the same power level as before 😬

What's irritating is when someone who has a guy who's effortlessly taken out 1243321526 Teen Titans coming at him at once at mid rallying to get people banned.

Dr. Doom is herald level because of his intelligence and tech.

Since EXTREMIS and Doom are concidered Herald level I will go with:
