Actually, it depends on the incarnation. Doomsday took down some members of the JLA, but they were fighting like morons. Superman especially, and it got him killed. I'd say Hulk has a good chance against DOS Doomsday and Doomsday Rex.

Oh and when he fought DD Rex ,DD has beaten him to death after he got an electric shock from Steel IIRC and he resurected.
