Arachne: Is hunted by S.H.I.E.L.D. after a captured Prowler reveals she tipped him off and is a double agent. They find her with the man she loves, The Shroud, trying to tip him off as well in Ms. Marvel #6. Separated from The Shroud while driving to Colorado to pick up her daughter in before heading to Canada in Ms. Marvel #7.
Araña: Is wanted by S.H.I.E.L.D., who sends Ms. Marvel and Wonder Man, for not registering and accidentally stumbles upon them at her fast food job in Ms. Marvel #6. Revealed super-identity to dad and brought in to register and train to use powers more efficiently with S.H.I.E.L.D. in Ms. Marvel #7.
Bantam: Killed in a violent explosion during a public dispute with Thunderclap about why he chooses not to register in Civil War: Front Line #3.
Bishop: Asks to meet Iron Man secretly after Emma Frost says the X-Men will remain neutral in Civil War #3. Heads a group under Iron Man to hunt down the rogue 198 in Civil War: X-Men #1. Discovers that the president may offer a pardon to all the 198 and tries explaining that to them before he's attacked by a mind-controlled Cyclops in Civil War: X-Men #2.
Black Panther: Refuses Mr. Fantastic's offer from the president to be a part of the heroes hunting down those who won't register in Civil War #3. Marries Storm in Black Panther #18.
Cable: Secretly meets with Captain America to offer him a chance for his team to leave the country but says he will do what he can when he can in Cable & Deadpool #30. Fights alongside Captain America after their team is ambushed by Iron Man's team in Civil War #3. Helps capture Deadpool before confronting US President about 50 States Initiative in Cable & Deadpool #31.
Captain America: Assists with Stamford disaster cleanup, attacked by S.H.I.E.L.D. hit squad after refusing to capture rogue heroes, escapes on a jet and goes "underground" in Civil War #1. Attends secret meeting with John Jameson concerning political stance of Jameson's girlfriend, She-Hulk, in She-Hulk #8. Cap goes on a villain-capturing spree in Civil War #2, amidst rumors he has formed his own team. Captain America gets attacked by the newly formed S.H.I.E.L.D. Capekillers but escapes and partners with the Falcon in an effort to recruit heroes like Hank Pym, who admits to already registering before attempting to capture Cap again in New Avengers #21. Meets with Baron Zemo, alongside Hercules and Falcon, while in hiding, and is offered by Zemo the key to escaping from the superhuman prison being built in Thunderbolts #104. Meets with Cable atop a NYC building in Cable & Deadpool #30. Discusses his new I.D. with Goliath, Daredevil and Hercules before leaving to rescue people trapped at a chemical plant (an ambush set by Iron Man) and fighting Iron Man's team before being pummeled by Iron Man in Civil War #3. Leads his team on a mission to ambush a prisoner transport being escorted by Iron Man's team where he fights one-on-one with Spider-Man after they both try one last time to convince the other to join their side in Amazing Spider-Man #534. Rescues Luke Cage who was ambushed by Capekillers after refusing Iron Man's request to register in New Avengers #22. Leaves Black Panther's wedding after being confronted by Iron Man in Black Panther #18. Leads his team on an ambush of a prison transport escorted by Iron Man's team, which results in a fight that causes the death of a civilian in Fantastic Four #539. Meets with Baron Zemo and is given a key to break out of the Negative Zone prison should he and his team be incarcerated there. He is also given his old footlocker containing keepsakes from his life before WWII in Thunderbolts #105. Faces off with Deadpool before heading into battle with Iron Man in Cable & Deadpool #31.
Daredevil: Discusses his new I.D. with Goliath, Captain America and Hercules before leaving to rescue people trapped at a chemical plant (an ambush set by Iron Man) and fighting Iron Man's team in Civil War #3. Fights alongside Captain America to rescue Luke Cage, after he refuses Iron Man's request to register in New Avengers #22. Fights Baron Zemo alongside Captain America, Hercules and Falcon in Thunderbolts #105. Faces off with Deadpool before heading into battle with Iron Man in Cable & Deadpool #31.
Deadpool: Takes the job of hunting heroes who don't register after fighting the Great Lakes Champions, follows Cable and gets the new secret I.D. of Daredevil and follows Daredevil to a safehouse where they clash and he is confronted by Captain America's team in Cable & Deadpool #30. Faces off with Captain America's resistance team before being captured and then teleported to the White House by Cable in Cable & Deadpool #31.
Dr. Strange: Told by Iron Man he is one of the few super-beings that the government wishes to reach a compromise with in terms of registration in Civil War #1. Helps She-Hulk get rid of a spell created by Scarlet Witch that once cloaked her secret identity of Jen Walters from attackers in She-Hulk #8. Tells Yellowjacket and Wasp, through Wong, he will not consider joining Iron Man and instead chooses to go into seclusion and fast for 40 days in Civil War#3. Attends the wedding of Black Panther and Storm in Black Panther #18.
Falcon: Finds Captain America in a sewer safehouse and partners with him in an effort to recruit heroes like Hank Pym, who admits to already registering before attempting to capture them both, in New Avengers #21. Meets with Baron Zemo alongside Captain America and is offered the key to escaping the superhuman prison being constructed in Thunderbolts #104. Fights alongside Captain America to rescue Luke Cage, after he refuses Iron Man's request to register in New Avengers #22. Attends the wedding of Black Panther and Storm in Black Panther #18. Fights Baron Zemo alongside Captain America, Hercules and Daredevil in Thunderbolts #105. Faces off with Deadpool before heading into battle with Iron Man in Cable & Deadpool #31.

Ambushes Ben Urich in an alley for "lies" written about him in the Daily Bugle and appears to have been at the site of several recent superhero incidents in Civil War: Frontline # 4.
Great Lake Champions: Fight Deadpool, who believes they have not registered, and deliver him to the authorities that reveal they in fact registered the very first day the act went in effect in Cable & Deadpool #30.
Hercules: Discusses his new I.D. with Goliath, Captain America and Daredevil before leaving to rescue people trapped at a chemical plant, an ambush set by Iron Man, and tearing through Iron Man's team to rescue Captain America in Civil War #3. Attends the wedding of Black Panther and Storm in Black Panther #18. Fights Baron Zemo alongside Captain America, Daredevil and Falcon in Thunderbolts #105. Faces off with Deadpool before heading into battle with Iron Man in Cable & Deadpool #31.
