Basically Hawkeye went looking for Wanda with the intent to really tell her off/hurt her. When he finds her though he realizes that she has no memory of what she did to him, the mutants, the avengers, or even being a hero. He feels terrible about what he had planned to do and realizes Dr Strange was telling him that he was looking for answers that didn't exist. That his looking for things would make it worse. Wanda gives him the advice that whatever happened he should just let it go, so he does.
To summarize, Clint went looking for revenge, saw Wanda was geniunely happy and better off with no knowledge of who she was, he et his anger and frustation go and go laid (he's been hitting on her for years).

Well in frontline 9 it was revealed that Speedball's powers are now activated only when he is in pain, and he also asks to sign up for registration. The armour Penance wears is made specifically to hurt him/herself (in a rather iron maiden type way, with like spikes to impale him/herself on the inside.) So i thought it would be a little obvious, just an observation though, nothing official.

Yeah, I just read Frontline # 9 and it makes sense now.
