/kind of wished Jack flag manged to get away at the end. It was still a great fight though. He manged not to go out like chump and took out both Swordsman and Songbird. He also took a couple of car explosions and was still able to walk after being hit with a Penance blast.I lol'd at the "Dammit Venoms going to eat him" part.

That was a pretty good issue. Bullseye is one sick bastard. I was hoping for him to get away as well 🙁

Its just the cover image for New Avengers 30. That issue takes place post Civil War so it won't be the "big" death

While I doubt it either, it has been hinted a few times by the writer or Joe Quesada himself that the guy in the Iron Man suit in Mighty Avengers might not be Tony Stark.

Very true, Iron man hasn't always been Tony Stark in the Armour. The Pro Reg side winning but losing Stark in the process would be an interesting twist imo.
Good guess except Tony Stark has appeared in the solicitations of Iron for May.
