I forgot to bring CW:FL1 with me today.

The difference is that the CW:FL focuses on the two reporters that are covering the events from both sides, while the normal CW books focus on the war itself.

Agreed, don't you think it's odd that all the big brains (Bill foster, Hank Pym and business woman Janet) all suck as giants, while the brutish uncontrolled Atlas and man-killer are pretty much unstoppable.
