I'm not entirely sure that Iron Man or Doom couldn't beat him.

Sure beast could beat terrax, give him prep and he will think of some sort of device to defeat terrax or to hold him like he did with pheonix.

Actually Terrax did beat Doom when he wasn't using his stupid axe

Doom was going to use Terrax to take down the FF, but realized only he should be able to take down the FF so they fought and Terrax fused Doom's suit toghether

Doom was killed then killed during Terrax's battle with Surfer which also killed Terrax

Oh course Doom wasn't dead as at the last second he switched bodies with a nearby by standard and stayed that way until the beyonder restored his body and sent him off to Secret Wars I

Surfer, Doctor Strange, Galactus, and Flash?

Hell yeah.

Surfer-Yes
Onslaught-Maybe
Spectre-Yes
Venom-No
Darkseid-Yes

Rhino - Hell yeah!
Beyonder - Maybe not
Galactus - If he gets lucky
Wolverine - He's invulnereable to pressure points FFS 🙄
Gamora - Yes 🙂
