i don´t know if blade is considered street

but ultimate spiderman is a kid, its normal that he will loose to guys weaker then him, but with time he´s getting better and better

Most of the people drafted can do more then peak.

You'd consider Gambit before he got his stupid upgrade to be above street? Jubilee? The Atom? Iron Fist?

Certain types of powers (weak or not directly offensive or defensive) may be ok for this class, but nobody in this group should be able to lift a car above his head.

Cap could maybe flip a car over if he went all-out, but he couldn't pick one up.

Cars=1-2 tons. You think cap coud hold one over his head? He might be able to leg-press that much on a machine where the angles are perfect and whatnot, but that's a world of difference from actually picking up a car.
