If you actually read Annihilation, you would see that both him, and Phyla were getting their asses handed to them (after he got drilled by the Watcher killing blast). I don't see how he showed some sort of magic power relevent here, since Black Adam doesn't have a big gaping mouth.
Nor, is he going to give Nova the oppurtunity to rip out his insides.

As far as I'm concerned, Annihilus beat Nova twice. Nova kill him.

He defeated Annihilus without the quantum bands. Without those, even the Gideon foundation took out Annihilus.

Neither Thor, silver sufer or Phyla were killed by Annihilus. I mean, Gideon folks played with Annihilus, even cut off his hand for fun. Quasar getting killed off by Annihilus in the first place was a little iffy biffy.

But if we're counting Quasar's poor display of power as valid, then Nova could probably take on Black Adam.

So, all together, he has beaten four (named people in your post) people with massive raw power, but his one feat goes against it?

Do you have any scans/issue # of this anyway?

I don't even know who you're talking about to be honest.

Also, you should probably actually look at what Nova did, rather than think he took him out with something that could happen to BA.
