So, hey, should I send you my right-up now, Evangel?
If you have it completely done, then yes. Once you send me your write-up, that's the one I'm using. I don't accept people sending me revised write-ups with updates. So make sure before you send it to me that it's the exact way you want it written.
This thread will be closed a few minutes before the new match tommorow. So anyone who wishes to vote will have plenty of time to do so.
I'd like to remind all tournament participants that you are required to vote in matches.
I suppose.... if tournament participants don't vote, I'll probably come up with a system to penalize you for not voting (which I'd rather not do)....but I hope it doesn't come to that so vote!

Whoops! Meant to post that in the current match thread. This thread stays open for the duration of the tournament. Sorry for the confusion. Ignore that post in this thread.
good Luck Typhus, your more than likely going on. i hope you do well, although i will say this
Morg shouldn't ever have been allowed in this. he's defeated thanos easily, and defeated the combined heralds w/out the waters of life easily. he's one hit killed Nova, and bitchslapped surfer and the rest of the heralds on more than one ocasion
It would behoove us to clear up the meaning of Rule-4's prohibition against instant death attacks.
The spirit of the rule, along with Rule 3 (No direct matter manipulation of one's opponent) seems to be to not have cheap victories with disintegrators and such.
OTOH, a high-powered attack (say, a punch from Colossus or a bullet to the head) would clearly constitute a "one hit kill" to a character with human-level durability.
If we define the limits here a bit more, it might make the debates go more smoothely.
Perhaps a "Death ray" is an attack where a character's resistance, avoidance, or durability are irrelevant?

your wrong, morg should be allowed, he is not on thanos league come on.
And he is on of the best heralds of galactus, he´s a good and acceptable choice
You might've gotten your Power Cosmic form if you'd laid any sort of foundation for it. If you'd lain out a strategy by which she sampled and copied Morg's energy I'd have bought it. Evangel said you specifically that you were "starting out with just those (EM spectrum) powers." You weren't banned from absorbing/copying the Power Cosmic, you just couldn't get it for free.
Similar deal with the phasing trick. If you could've been more specific about an example of it happening rather than vaguely referring to Nextwave, it would've been given more credence. For the record, I think I remember that happening too, but I'm not going to go dig through the file cabinet to back up somebody else's debate.
