Extremis thug's class?

During the extremis arc of ironman, the guy he had to fight took in a full shot of the extremis. As a result. he was able to withstand everything ironman had (hits, repulsors, explosives) without any damage to himself. However, whenever he hit ironman he would bend and break his metal. A simple kick to ironman's leg twisted the metal all out of proportion. Was this guy class 100?

Probably ... he was a fast little bugger as well.

That's what I was thinking.

Mallen had to have been far beyond class 100 easy, especially when you consider Iron Man taking angry blows square in the face from the likes of Hulk, Count Nefaria Sentry, and even Thor's hammer relatively unharmed.

IMO Mallen was one of those bad guys who come out of the blue to completely annihilate the hero no matter how powerful that hero may be (Does this happen to Superman a lot?)

And the augmented formula that tony took only gave him healing powers but no super strength or speed increase>?

Augmented? .. it was a severely reduced and specialised dose that Tony got

Why didn't Tony take a regular dose? It would have put him at insane power levels.
