Devastator vs Wolverine, Sabertooth, Spider-Man, Rogue

The Constructicons have landed in the middle of New York city, and have begun building an evil Casino. Spider-Man, Wolverine, Rogue, and Sabertooth, arrive at the scene to stop them. The Constructicons see them and are like "Constructicons UNITE" and they transform into Devastator, and upon doing so, say "Prepare for extermination!" All of a sudden the song "Dare" erupts in the background providing upbeat 80's music. Who wins?

Oh, f**k. "Dare" is playing?

The Marvel team is BONED. And then some.

Wolverine and Sabretooth should be dead within seconds.
Rogue and Spiderman would be tough for Devestator to hit, but I doubt Spidey could really do a thing to him.
if Rogue used the same trick she did against mastermold and dove into him at high speed from a couple miles above maybe she could do some damage, but I doubt it would be enough to take him out.
