Does anyone think Juggs will be as powerful as he was in his Classic form?

I think that he will get close but not full power if he is going to stay a good guy, if he goes full power I see him going back to the “bad” guy phase after awhile.

Has Juggs ever battled Galdiator? I know he did in that old X-Men show, but have they ever battled in a comic?

Nope he didn't. He battled Supreme on a few panels who managed to stalemate Gladiator.
