I'm not sure about ALL of Big G's Heralds, but Surfer has done it before.

Damn...there goes my theory. He did it by travelling real fast right? Well at any rate SS is always travelling at the speed of light so using real wold physics he should have travelled loads of times before.

Yeah I'm not sure exactly how Surfer did it, but I've seen the scans of him traveling through time before.
