As far as I know she has never copied the powers of Krypto, even though there no reason she couldn't mimic his abilities if she had too.
Her powers are kind of weird, seeing that she can mimic the abilities of multiple animal with a thought. Her powers also come with a magical edge that allowed her to scratch Superman and Geo-Force with her nails
Even without copying the powers of Krypto or Grood, she could combine the speed of a humming bird (70 movements per second), the proportion strength of a Rhinoceros beetle (about 50 tons), the shock of an electric eel and the agility of a cat. Those four alone should be more then enough to defeat Spider-Man.

Unless cats can dodge bullets, which they can't, she won't be more agile. If you think they can, watch Boondock Saints. 😛
Also, he's taken down Class 100 bricks through physical force, and defeated enemies that can more considerably faster.
It would be like fighting Venom without the symbiote, and about half the ferocity.
By the way, how can you say she can do it when she's never shown to do it before? That's poor logic.

Doesn't really make a different because as far as I know being able to strike Spider-Man 70 times in a second with class 50 strength would give her the win.

Only Venom doesn't have the magical ability to chance or add on to his powers with a thought.

All I going to say is that she can create 1/3 of universe, lets see Spider-Man beat that.
Think about it, making a universe tops mimicking the powers of a alien dog.

Look it up, it kind of interesting. Animal Planet channle even did a "Most Extreme" episode on it, in which they came up with the fact that if an human had the proportional strength of a rhinoceros beetle they could lift 50 to 65 tons.(IIRC)
