There's been evil supermen, just read elseworlds, Superboy prime was evil.

Superboy Prime wasn't a Superman. Just ask Superman. He'll give you a Jesus speech about it, and ruin a good comic with it.

Majestic isn't consistently shown as durable enough to even begin to fit the lofty title of man of Steel.

I'd say Supreme, if possible.
