Mizuchi is a clone of the original Orochi, he's one of the Bosses of Neo Geo battle Colluseum.

Oh. So being a clone does that mean none of them can be sealed without the Kusanagi/Yagami/What'shername trio?

As for whether or not that would work, I'm not certain...
