Batman. Chess is a game that essentially mimics war or combat strategy. Out of the group Batman is the best at battle strategy and war games. Doom and Reed may be smarter but thats from a scientific stand point not combat strategy. Although a good argument can be made for Doom.
The finals is Batman vs Doom. It could go either way, but i give a majority to Bats.

good call. but Reed isn't shown only to be intellegent in terms of science. I wouldn't be surprised if he's a chess master. just throwing that out there.

Kasparov won against the Supercomputer Deep Blue, but lost later in the rematches. Computers tend to become faster and better, anyway, Kasparov stated once that he plans only 3 steps ahead (a Joke?) maybe the rest intuition, anyway, Batman isn't more intelligent then them but he is much much smarter 😉.

Any character with Cosmic Awareness wins on Chess.
If both characters possess it then it's a split second stalemate. Whereas super intelligent humans or mutants characters could go on for days, weeks, years, etc...playing chess until they get to a stalemate.
