Superman's speed/strength will give Thanos some trouble,
but the Mad Titan will eventually take him down. He's way too
powerful, resourceful, intelligent for Superman.

What powers do Thanos have specifically that superman could not handle, he can not absorb energy so he won't win that way. his psionic blast are just energy which superman force filed could defintly handle if he can handle omega beams from darkside. he is super strong and so is supes and he is faster and strength and speed are a lethal combination so thanos would go down

Thanos isn't scared of Hulk, people sometimes confuse what he said about Hulk as fear.

Superman has no chance, Thanos durability is nearly un-equalled, he can give much more than he can take as well.
