Emma has been shattered before in her pure diamond form. I definitely think that Colossus could shatter her. And about the access to telepathic skills, although some portrayals showed her able to use tp while in diamond form, it's been concluded that she cannot in recent storylines. Morrison's initial depictions showed her unable to access mental powers and Marvel decided to stick with that. As to her strength, I wouldn't be surprised if she could lift up 40 tons. Definitely 20 tons at the least.

Perfectly smooth translucent organic diamond skin/form...I'd say she'd be able to scrape Things hide with her Diamond nails...😛
But yeah Colossus should take this....but shatter her? Doubtful when it took a special diamond bullet aimed at the flaw in her form. Danger couldn't even shatter her...she resorted to Blackmail...and she knows everything about the X-Men..plus she's a class above Colossus.
Other then that Telepathy for some reason seems so much more useful then her Diamond Form. Which is just there for effect.
Funny enough the Cuckoos are able to use Diamond Form and Telepathy similtaneously(Warsong)...which most probably amplifies their telepathy.
