Kyp: Keep or Kipe?

Yuuzhan Vong: YOUzahn vong or... (i dont know. that is the only way i say it!)

Jacen: Jason or Jakan

Kyp is not pronounced like either of those. It is pronounced Kip.

Yuuzhan Vong IS pronounced that way.

Jacen is pronounced Jason; like the common name.

Here's one... Prince Xizor is pronounced Prince Sheezor (I'm pretty sure)

That's like pronouncing the name Xanatos (pronounced ZAN-UH-TOSE), SHAN-UH-TOSE.

To me, it is so clearly "Zee-Zor."

I always called him Shee-zor, because something about Zee-Zor never flows off my tongue properly. It always comes out see-zor...I've always had a tad difficulty making that sound.

Something that's always drived me nuts was Ysanne Isard...how on earth is that first name pronounced?
