I'm not exactly sure how spectre is in terms of DC's heriarchy but if Spectre just happens to be the DC's answer to the IG in terms of power, then Thanos makes it to Spectre in terms of power, but knowing Thanos he's probably clever and cunning enough to defeat Spectre.

If spectre is weaker than the IG, then Thanos clears it. No one else on that list really poses a threat to Thanos with the IG.

Spectre is above the IG he is the judge,jury, and executional(spelling) of the entire DCU. AT full power spectre powers of infinite

Spectre beats him, but no one else even matters.

In fact, put everyone else together on a team and they still mean nothing to him.

With the IG he was fighing Galacus, the Stranger, Mistress Love, Master Hate, Order and Chaos, Celestials, and oh, Eternity. yeah
