Currently Cable can still be pretty uber. Not sure if he's done enough to make me think he can take Aquaman though.

Current Cable is pretty uber too, protect himself/others from a nuclear meltdown and funnell all those radiation up so it would affect anybody thats pretty uber.. I dont know much about Aquaman dough so i have no clue...
